In a change log i saw these: Adjusted war systems

What does these mean? will fractions be more likely to declare war?

I think fractions shoulg go to war more often and whan they start to loosing they would make peace.

Just a few tweaks and fixes. Should fix issues reported where pacts would never end etc. Still need feedback however.

To be honest I think its still the same so far as I can tell as of 3.0 your faction pacts etc still stay the same after the amount of days have passed.

Also the reach don't seem to be stopping the war against the riverlands even after the targaryen invasion where they should just be allied with house targaryen against the westerlands this means the riverlands are pretty much crushed by the reach before day 200 (static wars mode obviously).
